ADHD Workshops for Organisations

Neurodiversity training in Berlin - online and in person

Your team is creative, driven, and full of ideas - and some of them are also wired differently. ADHD is significantly more common in creative and tech environments than the general population, yet most workplaces were never designed with neurodivergent brains in mind.

These ADHD awareness workshops hope to change that. Grounded in relational, trauma-informed care and shaped by six years of clinical practice with neurodivergent adults, they give your team practical knowledge, real tools, and a shared language for neuroinclusion.

Who this is for

These workshops are designed for:

  • Creative studios, agencies, and design teams with neurodivergent members

  • Tech companies and startups building neuroinclusive team cultures

  • Universities and educational institutions supporting neurodivergent students and staff

  • HR leads and managers seeking practical neurodiversity training, moving beyond policy into practice

  • Any organisation where people are struggling with focus, overwhelm, or interpersonal friction

You don’t need a diagnosis on your team to benefit. ADHD awareness training supports everyone, naming things people have been experiencing for years without language for it.

What makes this different

Whilst most ADHD trainings are informational, this is relational.

The workshops are led experientially, using creativity, movement, and reflection alongside knowledge-sharing. This isn’t a lecture but rather an environment where people can actually absorb and apply what they’re learning, in a way that works for neurodivergent brains.

Underpinning everything is a neuro-affirmative approach: the goal is never to fix or normalise but to understand, accommodate, and build on strengths. This is grounded in psychodynamic, mindfulness, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) frameworks, integrated with music therapy principles.

Workshop topics

Sessions can be tailored to your team’s needs. Commonly requested topics include:

Getting to Know a Neurodivergent Brain

What ADHD actually is and isn’t. How it shows up in creative work, communication, and team dynamics. Builds shared understanding across the whole team, not just those with a diagnosis.

Time-Management for ADHDers

Practical strategies that work with ADHD brains, not against them. Covers task initiation, transitions, and creating structures that hold without overwhelming.

Navigating Overwhelm

How to recognise and interrupt the overwhelm cycle. Somatic and creative tools for regulating the nervous system in a workplace context.

Find What Lights You Up - Boosting Motivation

Working with ADHD’s dopamine-driven motivation system. How to design work environments and routines that sustain engagement over time.

Creating an Environment that Works for You

Practical adjustments - physical, relational, and structural that support neurodivergent team members achieve their best work.

Supporting Neurodivergent Colleagues (for managers and teams)

How to be a genuinely helpful colleague or manager to someone with ADHD. Communication styles, reasonable adjustments, and building a culture of psychological safety.

Topics are always shaped around your organisation’s specific context. Get in touch to discuss what your team actually needs.

What your team will gain

  • A shared language for neurodivergence that reduces stigma and misunderstanding

  • Practical tools for focus, emotional regulation, and stress management

  • Stronger team communication and interpersonal awareness

  • A more inclusive and psychologically safe working culture

  • Improved retention (people stay in environments where they feel understood)

About Kadri

I am a relational counsellor and music therapist with eleven years in the field and six years of clinical practice in Berlin, working primarily with neurodivergent adults. I’m trained in psychodynamic, mindfulness, and ACT approaches, and I integrate music therapy and creative methods into my work.

I work with Berlin’s creative universities and teach in higher education settings. My approach is always neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that different brains bring different strengths - and that workplaces thrive when they’re built to reflect that.
