Getting to Know Your Brain:
A 6-Week ADHD Workshop Series
The power of community - bringing neurodivergent people together through nourishing conversations and skill-building to help you navigate the world on your own terms.
This is a 6-week workshop series designed specifically for adults with ADHD. Whether you're diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply curious about neurodivergence, this series offers a welcoming and inclusive community where you can connect, learn, and grow.
Our creators Verity Gray and Kadri Arula - two experienced therapists - recognised the need for a gathering place where neurodivergent individuals could share their experiences, build meaningful relationships, and develop strategies for navigating the world.
Through these sessions, we hope you'll build meaningful connections, develop self-trust, and gain confidence in yourself and others. By listening and learning from each other, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and language needed to navigate your neurodivergent journey with greater ease and confidence.
