About me

Hi! I am an English-speaking counsellor and creative arts therapist from Estonia based in Berlin. I offer a holistic approach to mental health, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and creative expression to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that resonates with you.

Whether you prefer to talk or engage in creative outlets like music, movement, or art, I will tailor our sessions to your unique needs. With experience in forensic settings, schools, and neurorehabilitation, I have worked with a diverse range of clients.

I am committed to providing you a safe and supportive space, and welcome LGBTQ+ individuals to my practice.

Let's work together to enhance your well-being and foster a deeper understanding of yourself ❤️‍🩹

I support my clients with:

  • addressing relational and attachment-based wounds

  • understanding the intricacies of a neurodivergent brain

  • exploring your emotions

  • emotional regulation and skill-building

  • addressing burnout and rejection sensitivity

  • unmasking by gently identifying harmful patterns and internalised thoughts/feelings/behaviours

  • creating an environment that you can thrive in

  • exploring your passions and interests

  • building your confidence in your decision-making process and completing tasks more effectively

Let's connect

My approach

I combine psychodynamic thinking with creative expression to help you delve into your unconscious and uncover hidden patterns. I am particularly interested in the role of music in healing, and I welcome you to share any songs or musical experiences that have been meaningful to you. Although, it is not a requirement to work creatively, and it depends solely on your preferences and needs. Sometimes, creative expression can become a part of our sessions further down the therapy process. And that’s okay.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, recognising that we are all interconnected. In counselling, you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support you on your journey. We will work together to find a rhythm that suits you, and I am always open to adjusting our approach as your needs evolve.

I've lived in London, Berlin, and Tallinn, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges of belonging and identity, and forming deep bonds in different cultures. My own experiences have shaped my compassionate and empathetic approach to counselling.

I value both solitude and connection. When I am not in sessions, I design crochet bags with my twin sister, travel to Estonia or someplace warm, and spend time with friends and family.
