Supportive Music and Imagery (SMI) Group for Neurodivergent Adults
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the world, or struggle to find a space where your neurodivergent traits are understood and celebrated?
Do you miss having a sensory-friendly creative outlet for your rich inner world?
Would you like to feel more resilient against burnout and emotional dysregulation, but you haven't found the right support yet?
Are you longing to "unmask" and connect with other neurodivergent individuals who share similar experiences?
Then this Supportive Music and Imagery (SMI) group could be for you!
Focus of the group: Exploring your inner self and fostering genuine connection through the power of music and guided imagery.
Where? Online on Zoom. Access the session from the comfort of your home. Bring a blanket or a warm drink with you.
When? The group is starting on Thursday 27 November 2025.
Time: From 17:30-19:00.
Frequency: Bi-weekly.
How long are the sessions? Up to 90 minutes.
Participants: This is an ongoing open group where members can drop-in to individual sessions. You don’t need a diagnosis to join the group.
Session price: €35. Pre-payment, at least 24 hours ahead of the session time to confirm your spot for the next day.

What you need to participate in the group? As we will be engaging in drawing/art-making, you will need:
A block of A3 paper,
A 48-colour set of oil pastels.
